With its own separate entrance, this is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a single-car garage.
Enjoy brand-new kitchen appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and garbage disposal), as well as central heat and air, energy-efficient windows, and a private, landscaped, fenced backyard.
There is also an attached 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, double-car-garage home (Unit 1) that can be leased separately from or along with this ADU.
$2,000 per month, plus one month’s deposit. Minimum 12-month lease. Electricity included! Tenants are responsible for Wi-Fi, and cable/streaming services. The landlord will cover electricity, trash, water, and sewage.
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
A maximum of one (1) pet will be considered.
